Welcome to Low Battery Town ("the Service", "the Platform"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Service.

1. What We Offer

Low Battery Town is an online focus platform built around companionship. It provides a pomodoro timer, pixel streetscape, paired focus sessions, a personal room, and background music — all in a browser, no install required.

2. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide a real and valid email address to register.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• Do not use bots, automation, or any non-human means to access or interact with the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload, transmit, or share any illegal, harmful, hateful, or defamatory content.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service's systems or other users' accounts.
• Do anything that disrupts the normal operation of the Service.

4. Virtual Currency & Shop

T-coins are virtual rewards earned by completing focus sessions. They can only be redeemed for virtual items in the platform shop, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including pixel graphics, interface design, text, and code — is the property of Low Battery Town or its licensors. No part may be reproduced, modified, or used commercially without written permission.

6. Service Changes & Interruptions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We'll do our best to communicate major changes in advance, but we're not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
